Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion only. Improper storage or mishandling by the customer voids any claim.
7. Freezing & Storage Disclaimer
All products are flash-frozen at peak freshness. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper freezer storage immediately upon delivery. Liberty Cattle is not liable for product spoilage once the order is delivered.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liberty Cattle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our products or website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, specifically Flathead County, Kalispell, Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Flathead County, Montana.
